Let’s talk: DSAG Working Group EHS and Product Compliance
Last Tuesday, the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) & Product Compliance working group of the German-speaking SAP user group e.V. (DSAG) met in St. Leon-Rot – with plenty of opportunity for direct exchange between SAP employees, customers and partners.
Afterwards, Wolfgang Bock (Chief Product Owner SAP EHS) gave an overview of current and planned innovations, including a vivid demo. For the upcoming release, a new SAP Fiori-based EHS homepage, innovations in Incident and Risk Management, and support for the Emissions Declaration Process are planned.
Reporting from the S/4HANA Product Compliance area was Ralf Coenning (Chief Product Owner for SAP Product Compliance). The (upcoming) highlights include support for due diligence requirements such as the German Supply Chain Compliance Act (LkSG), the further development of embedded regulatory content, and new apps for extended Safety Data Sheets, Exposure Scenarios, and Label Management
After the lunch break, two customer presentations were given, which drew a lot of interest from the participants.
The next meeting of the working group is scheduled for 07 November 2023.
