Insights: Implementation of HELACLOUD SDS at FUCHS SE

With the introduction of our HELACLOUD SDS software, Fuchs relieves the operational burden on its product stewardship team. Whereas previously all data from the safety data sheets (SDSs) of its suppliers had to be copied manually into its SAP system, HELACLOUD SDS now takes over the automated extraction.
A cockpit allows the regulatory experts to directly validate the data and compare it with any versions already entered in the SAP system. After approval, the desired information is transferred directly to the FUCHS SAP system.
