Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
As Senior Consultant for Regulatory Compliance / Product Stewardship / Chemical & Material Compliance you will be part of our international team, working with consultants specialized in the implementation of SAP-based solutions in the areas of Product Stewardship and Regulatory Compliance.
As Helasoft Senior Consultant, you will provide guidance to our clients through the implementation phases: from preparation and analysis (technical and processes) to conception and finally the implementation.
Responsibilities
- Set up and develop customer projects in the area of Product Stewardship, Regulatory Compliance and HSEQ.
- Understand, interpret and implement customer requirements in the areas of Regulatory Compliance and Product Stewardship or advise the customer on implementation.
- Interact with customer teams in Regulatory Affairs and Compliance as well as in Business and Technology.
- Writing documentations and expertises regarding compliance, product restrictions, work and operating instructions.
- Planning and conducting customer workshops.
- Preparation of safety data sheets (worldwide).
- Monitoring of new and existing regulatory requirements in context of REACH, CLP/PCN.
- Participation in national and international working groups and industry associations.
- Interaction with HELASOFT internal teams (Technology and Consulting) and introduction of new service and product ideas.
- Development of an internal regulatory database on various topics.
- Input in cooperation with HELASOFT product management for further development and improvement of the HELASOFT Compliance Suite or HELACLOUD application.
- Creative thinking and contribution to the company strategy.
Your Profile
- M.Sc./ M.Ba or comparable qualification in a scientific discipline.
- Experience in REACH and regulatory affairs in an industrial or corporate environment.
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
- Intercultural competence and ability to work in a team.
- Discipline in terms of timelines and prioritization of tasks / work packages.
- German (business fluent).
- English on business level and ideally one other language spoken and written.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in regulatory compliance and product stewardship.
- Experience with IT or database tools (SAP EHS or comparable tools).
- Team and project management skills.
Additional skills
- Experience with Chemical and Material Compliance.
- Experience with Market Compliance in industrial or corporate environments.
- Experience with HazCom standards in industrial or corporate environments.
- Optional: Knowledge of Carbon Footprint, PFAS and Sustainability.
