Senior Functional Consultant (m/f/d)
As EHS/Product Compliance Senior Functional Consultant you will be part of our international team and work with colleagues specialized in the implementation of SAP-based solutions in the areas of EHS and Regulatory Compliance.
As a Senior Consultant at Helasoft, you will accompany our customers through all phases of implementation: from preparation and analysis (technical and process-related) to conceptualization and implementation.
Your tasks
- Implementation of SAP EHS/EHSM or related modules, integration with SD, TM and WM/EWM and collaboration in ongoing projects.
- Implementation and updating of SAP EHS Content.
- Work both in service & consulting and in product development.
- Analyzing possible product stewardship business cases in connection with AI, ML and NLP.
- Design of new or optimization of existing individual customer solutions .
- Management of 1st and 2nd level support.
Your Profile
- Proven experience with the SAP Product Compliance/EHSM modules in the process and discrete industry.
- Very good knowledge of configuration, fit-gap analysis and business process modelling in the area of EHS and Product Compliance.
- Ideally experience with SAP EHS Substance Volume Tracking (SVT)/Product Marketability.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong creative and analytical skills as well as a solution-orientated and independent approach.
- Enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
- Experience in project and team management.
- German and English (business level), ideally a third language.
- Willingness to travel (depending on the project, up to 20%).
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
Additional qualifications
- Knowledge of one or more of the following SAP modules and solutions: QM, PP, PM, SD, MM, TM, GTS and WM/EWM
- Experience with one of the following modules: SAP Recipe Development (RD), IS Waste & Recycling (WR) or Recycling Administration (REA) or Responsible Product Design (RDP) .
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and the new SAP Product Compliance solution.
- Regulatory knowledge (e.g. REACH, GHS, PCN, SCIP, PFAS, hazardous goods).
- Optional: Knowledge of Carbon Footprint and Sustainability control tower.
