- ‘Where Used List’ for phrases which can be downloaded for further analysis.
- Phrase mapping: Find replacement phrases (none/one/several), insert them into a mapping table.
- Alternatively: Create and upload phrase mapping in Excel.
- Replace phrases in specification properties and dangerous goods data (DG) with simultaneous assignment to the phrase set (based on previous phrase mapping)
- Remove phrases from specifications.
- Remove unused phrases from phrase set, so that they are no longer available in the phrase selection pop-up in the specification workbench.
- Delete phrases from active phrase library. Save them either in the backup library or delete them completely.
