SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) supports your product-related processes – from product innovation and design to product data management and analytics, with a high level of process integration.
In this area, we combine our knowledge from Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Regulatory topics with our PLM expertise. We take our customers through the full software management lifecycle, with consulting, analysing, developing and customizing the systems. Furthermore, we offer trainings and after-implementation support.
HELASOFT supported SAP PLM solutions
- SAP RECIPE DEVELOPMENT (PLM-RD): Develop, calculate, test, and manage recipes, formulas, and process steps company wide. After development, data can be transferred to production. SAP RD is the solution for the process industry (consumer goods, food & beverages, paints & varnishes), pharmaceuticals and chemicals. It is part of SAP ERP 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA.
- Classic SAP RECIPE Management (PLM-RM): Predecessor to RD, based on EHS-Specification Database and part of SAP ERP (EHS, PP).
- Web-based SAP PLM RECIPE DEVELOPMENT (PLM-WUI-RCP) on ECC6: Has a different data base than classic Recipe management (PLM-RM), but also uses EHS-specification master data. SAP support will foreseeably be continued until 2030.
- SAP PROJECT & PORTFOLIO Management (SAP PPM, EPPM, CPM): Flexible support for your enterprise portfolio and project management (EPPM) processes, integration of finance and logistics information.
- SAP ENGINEERING RECORD / ENGINEERING CHANGE Management (ER/ECM): Change BOMs, materials or documents and manage the changes from an engineering point of view in ECC6. With S/4HANA, also compliance relevant data is integrated.
